Sourced from Bourbon, Kent, and Nyassa varietals grown at 1,400-1,800m in Tanzania’s volcanic regions like Kilimanjaro and Mbeya, these beans (screen size ~6 mm) undergo washed processing—depulping, 12-36 hour fermentation, and sun-drying. This yields a vibrant, concentrated cup with bright acidity, notes of citrus, blackberry, and delicate florals, and a dense, medium body with a sweet finish.
